Jessica Gutierrez is the Senior Compliance Manager for our California boutique real estate shops. She brings with her 19+ years of real estate, transaction management, and administrative experience.

Jessica graduated summa cum laude from Northwood University where she received her degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Management. She started her real estate career working on staff for a large brokerage of 200 agents before transitioning to one of Long Beach's top real estate teams, where she learned the intricate details of real estate. Serving as the team's Operations Manager for over 6.5 years, Jessica learned how to manage listings from contract to close and everything in between.

For the last 7 years, Jessica has been an integral part of the Gestalt Group team, taking on leadership roles in the operations and compliance departments. Her meticulous attention to detail and unwavering dedication are fundamental in maintaining our high standards and achieving exceptional results. Beyond her integral role with the Gestalt Group, Jessica is also a CA-licensed Realtor, leveraging her deep industry knowledge to personally guide clients through the exciting journey of buying their first homes or successfully selling their properties.
